mGiving

mGiving is a unique application that would enable you donate to charities or NGO's by simply sending an SMS.

Donors will be able to choose from a qualified and comprehensive list of reputable charities or NGO's.

Benefits to NGO's & Charities include;

	Increased donations.
	Increased awareness of the Charity or NGO's programs.
	Enhanced image building for the NGO/Charity.

How Can NGOs and Charities Join?

Complete a registration form from mGiving and return with relevant documents. mGiving will vet the application and confirm if your application is successful.
mGiving would provide the charity/NGO with their own unique mGiving ID (mGid) and a short code number.
The charity or NGO can then advertise the short code number and unique mGid for donor to send their donations via SMS.
mGiving provides a report on donations to the charity/NGO and makes payments accordingly.
Selection Criteria:

The NGO or Charity MUST

Complete a registration form from mGiving and return with the following relevant documents to mGiving;

Evidence of being registered as a Charity or an NGO under the Nigerian Law.
Provide a copy of its constitution.
Have aims and objectives that are focused on helping the less privilleged or disenfranchised members or groups in the society.
* Please note: The NGO or Charity must NOT be personality driven.
